We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Programs Coordinator to join our team at The Smith Family. As a key member of our Growing Careers Project, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the delivery of our career-related programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the delivery and administration of career-related programs and activities across partner schools.
  • Work with schools to identify and implement effective career-related programs and activities that meet student needs and support career aspirations.
  • Maintain program fidelity and ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner schools and community organizations to support program delivery.
Requirements
  • Qualifications in community services, career development, or a related field.
  • Understanding of post-school pathways and career development principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in presenting, facilitating, and program coordination.
  • Proven experience in establishing and maintaining partnerships.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills, including computer literacy and data management.
  • Ability to obtain a Working With Children's Check and hold a current driver's license.
