Regional Procurement Lead

This is a unique opportunity to lead procurement activities across Australia and New Zealand. As the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies that align with regional priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end procurement activities across ANZ for both direct and indirect categories.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to deliver year-on-year value.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across supply chain, R&D, and commercial to drive business growth.
- Monitor category trends, supplier risk, and cost drivers to inform procurement decisions.
- Ensure compliance with group procurement policies and drive process improvements.
- Proven experience in procurement or a related field within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated success in delivering cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed business.
- Experience in managing small teams preferred.
