Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end procurement activities across ANZ for both direct and indirect categories
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with regional and global priorities, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact
  • Build and manage high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and driving results through effective leadership
  • Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, managing performance, and delivering continuous improvement
  • Monitor category trends, supplier risk, and cost drivers, identifying opportunities for year-on-year value creation
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across supply chain, R&D, and commercial functions, promoting strategic alignment and mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with group procurement policies and drive process improvements, embedding best practices throughout the organization
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in procurement, preferably within FMCG or similarly fast-paced industries
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders across matrixed and multinational businesses
  • Success in delivering cost savings and supplier performance improvements, with a clear understanding of the value proposition
  • Ability to build and manage small teams, leveraging strengths to drive collective success
  • Exposure to both direct and indirect spend categories is highly desirable
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, ideally within a multinational environment
