About the Role

As a Senior Procurement Specialist, you will oversee regional procurement strategies across direct and indirect categories.

Working closely with commercial, supply chain, and finance teams, you'll lead sourcing initiatives that balance cost optimization with long-term supplier relationships and brand integrity.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive procurement plans aligned with regional and global priorities.
  • Manage a small team of procurement professionals to achieve strategic goals.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor category trends, supplier risk, and cost drivers to drive year-on-year value.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across supply chain, R&D, and commercial.
  • Ensure compliance with group procurement policies and implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven procurement experience within FMCG or a similarly fast-paced industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering cost savings and supplier performance improvements.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders across a matrixed and multinational business.
  • Experience in managing small teams.
