Senior Leadership Role

Cash management and trade services are a vital part of Citi's global platform. Our cash management and trade services enable clients to manage their finances effectively across the world.

As a senior manager, you will be responsible for leading a broad range of products and employees in Australia and New Zealand. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership, direction, and budgetary management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in AU/NZ. You will work closely with regional partners to achieve this goal.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop client-focused strategies to increase sales and market share.
  • Manage product profit and loss planning, forecasting, and outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within Citi.
Requirements:
  • More than 15 years of relevant experience in transaction banking.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of managerial experience.
  • Experience working in a multi-functional or global environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the industry and transaction banking.
