About the Role

As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will play a pivotal part in managing our liquidity and ensuring efficient short-term cash management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining 16-week cash flow forecasts to optimize our financial position
  • Conducting variance analysis to improve forecast accuracy and mitigate financial risks
  • Leading forecast review sessions with finance teams to identify cash flow opportunities and challenges
  • Preparing concise presentations for senior leadership on key financial insights and recommendations
  • Executing approved financial transactions within the Treasury Management System (TMS)
  • Maintaining relationships with FX counterparties, monitoring currency markets, and providing strategic guidance to leadership on FX risks and opportunities
  • Supporting the analysis and development of the Financial Risk Management Strategy and Treasury Policy thresholds

We are seeking an individual with strong analytical skills, complex problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and data analysis tools.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of experience in Treasury, corporate finance, banking, or related roles
  • Understanding of foreign exchange markets and instruments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
