Key Financial Role

This role is a full-time opportunity to play a key part in managing financial assets and liabilities. The ideal candidate will support cash flow optimization, risk management, and compliance by performing tasks such as bank reconciliations, posting general ledger entries, coordinating with transactional banks, and assisting with cash positioning and forecasting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and execute end-of-period procedures applicable to finance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions, including transaction banking and payment gateways.
  • Process and coordinate administrative tasks related to the setup or amendment of products offered by transactional banks.
  • Maintain accurate records related to banking products in use (e.g. signatories, bank authorities).
  • Monitor and report on cash levels across the organization.
  • Assist in managing the company's cash flow, including cash positioning and forecasting.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies, including payments centralization.
  • Perform periodic cash sweeps according to established policies.
  • Support requests from banks and auditors (e.g. Know Your Customer checks).
  • Participate in Treasury-related projects.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a finance-related role.
  • A solid understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable/receivable processes.
  • Intermediate skills in SAP and Excel.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with banking product administration, cash flow forecasting, and compliance-related documentation will be highly regarded.
