Position Overview:
As Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee all financial operations, ensuring the company scales efficiently while remaining financially sound. This is an exciting role for a strategic finance professional eager to impact a dynamic, fast-paced company. The role involves driving financial planning, working closely with executives, and leading the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support company growth.
Develop financial strategies to drive revenue growth, manage costs, and optimise cash flow.
Provide strategic advice to the CEO on financial decisions and risk management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audits, and corporate governance.
Oversee financial reporting and present statements to stakeholders and the board.
You are still able to create your own financial models.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Finance or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
8+ years of financial management experience, ideally in a tech startup.
Expertise in M&A, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of 4.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
