">Role Overview:
Blackmores is embarking on a significant transformation, modernising its systems and operations. To drive this change, we seek a commercially minded finance professional to lead the value realisation stream of our ERP program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a robust business case, partnering with stakeholders to outline anticipated benefits, costs, and value creation opportunities.
  • Monitor benefits throughout the program lifecycle, ensuring projected returns are realised in line with the business case.
  • Provide transparent reporting to executives, guiding informed decision-making.
  • Apply value realisation methodology to maximise process optimisation, automation, and analytics benefits.
  • Establish KPIs and financial measures to track outcomes, identify risks, and take corrective action when needed.
  • Identify ways ERP design and functionality can enable revenue growth and efficiency.

Requirements:
Professional Qualifications:
- CA/CPA qualification
- 10+ years in financial analysis, business case development, and benefits tracking
Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to lead complex cost-benefit analysis, P&L modelling, and cash flow forecasting
- Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration with finance, operations, and IT
- Track record in benefits realisation frameworks and value delivery
- ERP/SAP program experience highly regarded
- Excellent analytical, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
