Job Title: Associate Director - Finance Transformation

Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Finance Transformation Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Capability, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to CFOs and their Finance teams in navigating complex business environments.

The role requires a deep understanding of finance operating models, including processes, systems, and operations. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions that drive efficiency, insight, and value.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise to deliver results. If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for finance transformation, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial accounting, finance operations, shared services, financial planning & analysis, and accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university.
  • Core finance process and finance operating model knowledge and experience.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/EPM system concepts and general module functionality.
  • Experience of budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and strategic planning.
  • Understanding of major phases of EPM implementation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a client-ready quality level.
