Finance Transformation Lead

Our Finance and Tax team is looking for a seasoned professional to drive transformative change. We are seeking an experienced individual with strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for finance and tax transformation.
We require a candidate who can assess our finance and tax functions, identify areas for improvement, and design effective target operating models to drive business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assess finance and tax functions and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement target operating models to drive transformative change.
- Analyse and optimise finance and tax processes, including technology integration and operating model transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement relevant technology and AI-driven tools.
- Deliver exceptional project outcomes and stakeholder management throughout transformation projects.
- 3+ years of experience in Finance or Tax, ideally in the Financial Services Industry.
- Proven track record of leading and implementing change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
