Senior Safety Advisor Role

CPB Contractors Pty Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Safety Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Safety Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and clients on our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site audits and reviews to identify potential safety risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees and contractors on safety procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate safety risks.
  • Conduct incident investigations and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a safety-related role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of WHS laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
