As a Strategic Growth Associate, you will play a pivotal role in fostering relationships with potential customers and identifying opportunities for supplier collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic customer relationships and drive business growth.

- Analyze and provide insights on business development pipelines, highlighting revenue potential, conversion probabilities, costs, risks, and benefits.

- Develop and utilize data-driven tools to create compelling customer business cases, including market research and competitive analysis.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required; Master's Degree preferred.

- 2-3 years of experience in business development or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to perform advanced computer skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead project implementation and facilitate meetings.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work well under pressure, and manage multiple stakeholders.
