**About this role**

This is a strategic position designed to support the CEO in managing their complex and ever-expanding workload. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to anticipate needs before they arise, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the CEO's calendar and coordinating high-stakes meetings.
  • Preparing briefing materials, tracking priorities, taking notes and following up on actions.
  • Collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team to support strategic initiatives and manage up.
  • Overseeing office operations and ensuring a smooth environment for team members.
  • Performing general administrative duties to support the wider organization.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an EA or similar experience in a T1 consulting firm, bank or technology company. They will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to navigate ambiguity efficiently. A solutions-focused individual who can build relationships and drive impact is essential.
