**Job Title:** Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of driving sales growth. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and developing effective strategies to achieve annual targets.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with key business metrics to increase allied health relationships and foster profitability.
  • Expand the territory client base and regional book of business to achieve annual targets.
  • Formulate an effective customer call strategy to maximize opportunities within the territory, utilizing the Customer Relationship Management tool.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or business development role within healthcare.
  • Experience in allied health services or related service industries is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of working to sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
