We are seeking a motivated Demi Chef to join our dynamic team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a leading designer hotel brand.

  1. Collaborate with Senior Chefs: Maintain an efficient kitchen environment by working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
  2. Exemplify Excellent Customer Service: Attend to guest needs to ensure an outstanding dining experience.
  3. Coordinate Daily Operations: Work with the Chef de Partie on daily priorities and kitchen duties.
  4. Maintain Kitchen Standards: Perform kitchen duties as directed, ensuring timely and quality work. Minimize waste and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  5. Train Junior Staff: Assist in training junior staff and act on behalf of the Chef de Partie when needed.
  6. Cooking and Supervision: Perform cooking, butchering, baking, or pastry duties as required, supervising other cooks.
