We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate chef looking to refine their craft and grow within a highly regarded team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a key role in daily kitchen operations, using skills and expertise in a fast-paced, premium dining environment.
  • Assist the senior chef in maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service periods.
Requirements:
  • 2 years experience as a Culinary Team Member or above in a premium, à-la-carte restaurant.
  • European cuisine highly regarded.
  • Solid understanding of management practices in a section.
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods.
  • Solid understanding of food safety standards.
  • Organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation.
