- Create and develop tools required to support operational management
- Expertise in partnering with senior stakeholders and leading a culture of data-driven reliability
- Deep experience in designing, developing, testing, and supporting applications and systems
- Passion for managing and scaling distributed systems in a public, private, or hybrid cloud environment
- Strong experience with modern software development practices and tools such as git, CI/CD, and observability tools
- Extensive knowledge of Linux internals, networking, containers, and troubleshooting
