Our Digital Growth Strategist will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive growth, maximise profitability, and enhance the customer experience across all digital touchpoints.

We are looking for a visionary and results-oriented leader to manage the e-commerce team, including e-commerce leads & specialists, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and team leadership within the fashion and lifestyle sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a data-driven e-commerce strategy that drives business growth and customer acquisition.
  2. Lead and manage the e-commerce team, including e-commerce leads & specialists, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
  3. Partner on website design and user experience improvements to ensure the e-commerce platform is intuitive and visually compelling.
  4. Drive the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and customer acquisition.
  5. Oversee all aspects of online sales performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met, including revenue, conversion rates, and average order value.
  6. Use data analytics to track, measure, and report on the performance of e-commerce activities and campaigns.
  7. Ensure seamless integration between e-commerce operations and merchandise teams, managing inventory, order fulfilment, and customer service.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce or online retail, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.

Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams. Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
