Job Title: Regional Growth Strategist
    We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Regional Growth Strategist to take ownership of regional growth and retention strategy.
    Key Responsibilities:
    
  • Develop and implement volume targets, margin setting, strategic customer planning, and structured call cycle and sales pipeline.
  • Provide high-level customer-focused activity, focusing on key customers and being out on the road as much as possible.
  • Responsible for Customer Management: Deliver market leading service and support to high value commercial customers in your region.
  • Skillfully move customers through the sales process by selling the value of SPW, utilizing negotiation and objection handling skills.
  • Maintain relevant data in our system and produce coherent reports demonstrating knowledge and strategic plan for your region.

  • Demonstrated sales experience is valued, technical experience in welding and fabrication has strong appeal in consideration to the role.
  • Strong desire to serve customers, motivation to deliver a high level of daily activity, and passion for sales will aid you well in this position.
  • Enjoy being out of the office in front of people, taking initiative and being a self-starter with good time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and excellent personal presentation. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Desire to own your own region's success, be responsible for significant customer revenue, empowered to 'do the deal', and hungry to win.
