Residential Construction Site Manager

We are seeking a skilled Residential Construction Site Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple residential construction sites in NSW, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on schedule and within budget without compromising on quality and safety.

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Technical experience and the ability to manage various trades on site
  • A proven background of project delivery with excellent communication skills and previous experience of liaising with internal employees and external suppliers and stakeholders
  • A solid network of trades and labour in the region
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple subcontrators on multiple sites
  • A valid drivers license
  • A qualified builders/supervisors license or carpentry trade or Cert IV
