Seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee project employees, trades and onsite activities. Manage workflow, material deliveries and on-site sub-contractors. Ensure timely project delivery and compliance with specifications.

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a working site foreman
  • Trade qualified carpenter (essential)
  • Working knowledge of the Residential Building Industry including Australian Standards
  • An understanding of Occupational Health and Safety, regulatory codes
  • Strong communication and resolution skills
  • Ability to manage and liaise with subcontractors and clients on site
Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate project employees/trades and all onsite activities
  • Liaise with the builder in regards to progress claims, invoicing, RFIs and variations
  • Conduct site meetings and liaise directly with the client, architects and consultants
  • Oversee onsite safety requirements
  • Ensure construction program is adhered to and project delivered on time
