Early Childhood Development Coordinator

We are seeking an individual to lead our Early Steps Project, which aims to deliver exceptional outcomes for children and families. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals with organisational objectives.
  • Oversee program operations, including resource allocation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Children Services or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with children under 12.
  • Strong understanding of child development and protection principles.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement abilities.
