Job Overview

The Senior Project Officer role involves leading the management of various initiatives, coordinating implementation and developing customised solutions to support early childhood services.

This position operates across the full spectrum of early childhood service delivery from mobile provision through to centre-based care, with a focus on driving organisational objectives and government commitments in early childhood education.

Key responsibilities include critical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, project leadership, communication, travel, and ensuring quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.

Essential requirements include tertiary qualifications, a valid Working with Children Check, and understanding and commitment to public education values.

Additional Information

This is an ongoing Full-Time position based at our head office in Parramatta, with flexible working arrangements including hybrid remote work options. Salary ranges from $129,464 p.a. to $142,665 p.a., plus superannuation and annual leave loading.

Clerk Grade 9/10 salary range. Access to fitness passport, flex leave entitlements, and other benefits.
