We are seeking an accomplished Early Childhood Leader to spearhead our educational initiatives. As a pivotal member of our team, you will foster a nurturing environment that empowers children and educators alike.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team to design and implement an exceptional curriculum. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping each child's learning and development, while promoting their sense of identity.

About the Position
  • This is a full-time opportunity, Monday to Friday, with above award rates of pay on offer.
  • You will have access to a range of benefits, including childcare discount for your own children.
  • A valid Working with Children Check and current First Aid Certificate are essential requirements.
Requirements
  • Must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in leading a team within a childcare service is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills are required.
