Organisational Development Specialist

This role demands a highly driven individual to support the strategic and operational functions of our organisation.
- Coordinate meetings, working groups, events and activities
- Develop reports, updates and communications for internal and external audiences
- Manage our digital presence, including our website and social media channels
- Build and maintain relationships across organisations and key stakeholders
- Monitor progress, maintain records and help us meet our ambitious goals
The role offers flexibility to work from your preferred location. While most work can be done remotely, occasional attendance at the office may be required.
Key responsibilities include:

As a central support to our Driving Group, comprising senior leaders from our founding NGOs, you will play a key role in keeping our partnership connected and impactful.
