Your Impact

Reporting to the Group Learning and Organisational Development Manager, your new role as Learning and Organisational Development Specialist will see you play a crucial role in building organisational capability, a learning culture and creating an engaging employee learning experience.

As a key member of the Employee Experience and Communications team, you will be responsible for the development, execution, and measurement of an innovative employee learning curriculum to ensure our employees have the skills they need to flourish in their roles.

Your passion for measuring the impact of learning programs and initiatives will help you successfully implement and manage learning experiences that enable the growth and development of nib employees across the Group. Your first-class facilitation and presentation skills, including experience running workshops and focus groups, will set you up for success when delivering digital-first learning experiences.

About You

With a background in driving cultural change and capability building in alignment with business strategy, you will be passionate about delivering innovative and impactful learning experiences and advocating for an exceptional employee experience.

More specifically, you will have:
- Relevant degree qualification in Communications, Human Resource Management or a related discipline and equivalent industry experience- Solid understanding of best-practice adult learning principles and take a human-centred approach to designing learning programs and initiatives.- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and provide an exceptional level of customer service to the business- Strong communication and project management skills- Strong analytical capability, and capacity to consult within a dynamic environment of a fast moving and diverse business- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure- Self-motivated, is solutions focused, optimistic, pragmatic, and resilient
