About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Service Liaison to join our team at Findex. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our team of Financial Advisers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurately reconciled client review reporting for Advisers.
  • Liaise with fund managers and maintain client portfolios through financial planning software.
  • Booking appointments, document management and data entry and deliver general ad-hoc administrative support.
  • Deliver quality service and outputs to client in both written and verbal form.

You will be a passionate about providing a great experience to your stakeholders and have the following background:

  • You have experience delivering exceptional Client Services and a true interest in Financial Planning.
  • Excellent client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
  • Top-notch attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A genuine team player with the ability to empower other people to learn and develop.
