About the Role

The Guest Service Agent is a key position in our hotel, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across our amazing spaces. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the point of call for all hotel interactions, from making reservations to helping colleagues and making restaurant bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Ensure a clear and comprehensive handover occurs every shift, ensuring that all necessary information is passed on to colleagues.
  • Follow all cashiering policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Perform everyday administration, reception, and ad-hoc tasks as required.
