Classification: YP3 - YP9
Hourly Rate (excluding superannuation): $48.27
Fortnightly Hours: Up to 76 hours (multiple roles available)
Employment Type: Permanent and Fixed Term roles available
Additional Requirements: COVID-19 Vaccination (3 doses)

Your New Division

The People and Culture Division supports managers, staff, and volunteers at Bendigo Health through various services, including workforce planning, resourcing strategies, employee relations, industrial relations, learning and development, and workplace health and safety. Payroll and salary packaging also fall under this division, ensuring seamless service for staff from onboarding to contract management and remuneration.
