Key Responsibilities- Provide expert nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including acute and community-based environments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Registered as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia through the regulatory body, AHPRA.
- Minimum of 12 months clinical experience and ability to demonstrate clinical knowledge and skills.
- Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Current Working With Children Check and Police Check.
- COVID-19 Vaccination.
