Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Strategy Manager and PMO to coordinate the implementation of strategic initiatives and manage reporting requirements.
- Analyze complex data and information to provide insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
- Manage and track transformation budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Support the PMO in the successful delivery of projects and programs, ensuring strategic initiatives are implemented effectively and efficiently.
- Track the performance of discrete business initiatives relative to agreed strategic KPIs, ensuring these are effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide regular reports to the Strategy Manager and PMO.
- Support the relationship with other group-wide specialists in the development and tracking of particular plans and activities to support program implementation.
- 3-5 years' experience in program management role within a professional service or corporate environment.
- Accompanying and relevant bachelor's degree.
- Advanced level knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Advanced spelling and grammar.
