About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Program Manager to join our team at Employers Mutual Management Pty Ltd. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training programs that support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of our employees and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training content that is engaging, interactive, and effective.
  • Manage the development and maintenance of our learning management system, ensuring that it is user-friendly and meets the needs of our employees.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of facilitated training sessions, ensuring that they are well-organized and meet the needs of our stakeholders.
  • Engage with external providers and facilitators to schedule and deliver training sessions, ensuring that they are of high quality and meet our standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including client services and other relevant teams, to ensure that training programs are aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on training program effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for future development.
About You
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar learning and development, event management, and/or online product management role.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience working with learning management systems.
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
