
Revenue Enablement Specialist

This role involves executing a strategic enablement plan for APAC, focusing on best-in-class onboarding and ongoing training for sales and customer success teams. The goal is to enhance knowledge and build skills required for global market growth.
We're looking for a resourceful and strategic thinker who can scale programs across multiple markets, leveraging core competency models and KPIs. The successful candidate will collaborate with local offices, revenue enablement stakeholders, sales, customer success, front-line managers, and marketing teams to drive results.
- Develop and execute enablement plans tailored to APAC markets by working closely with the International Enablement Lead and Revenue Enablement stakeholders.
- Create content and assets needed for onboarding and ongoing training, leveraging core competency models and KPIs for each market.
- Collaborate with the Global Enablement team to deliver manager enablement, on-demand learning, methodology and value messaging resources, content creation, and asset management.
- Contribute to specialized training and content creation that addresses local market needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to articulate clear roles and responsibilities and deliverables needed for customer-facing teams to succeed.
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
- 6-8+ years of business experience, with at least 2+ years of training revenue teams
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Experience working across multiple international markets
- Strong understanding of methodologies, sales processes, customer lifecycles, and revenue tech stacks
- Demonstrated ability to influence others, navigate ambiguity, and problem-solve with root cause identification
- Proven project management skills and effective communication
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, teaching, facilitating, and writing skills, coupled with experience providing training to diverse sales teams
