Senior Revenue Enablement Professional

Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Revenue Enablement professional to play a pivotal role in the execution of strategic, departmental, and regional enablement priorities for our APAC Revenue team.

This key position requires collaboration with local offices to deliver best-in-class onboarding and ongoing training with the right assets, certifications, and communications to effectively build skills and enhance knowledge of our Sales and Customer Success teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an enablement plan with tailored programs in collaboration with international enablement leads, revenue stakeholders, sales, customer success, front-line managers, and local marketing teams.
  • Design and deliver enablement plans leveraging core competency models and KPIs for onboarding and ongoing training, GTM readiness, content management, associated assets needed, and market-specific KPIs.
  • Collaborate across a larger global enablement team for deliverables such as manager enablement, on-demand learning, methodology, value messaging resources, content creation, asset management, and communications.
  • Contribute to the creation of specialized training and content tailored to local market needs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to articulate clear roles and responsibilities, and deliverables needed for successful customer-facing teams.
  • Facilitate training sessions for enablement core programs, APAC events, and prioritized enablement beyond core programs.
  • Create a strong feedback loop and scorecard in partnership with ROSE to understand business impact and improve programs for a better enablement experience continuously.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required.
  • 6+ years of business experience; 2+ years of training revenue teams.
  • Customer-facing experience preferred.
  • Experience working across multiple international markets.
  • Strong understanding of methodologies, sales processes, customer lifecycles, and revenue tech stacks.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others, navigate ambiguity, and problem-solve with root cause identification.
  • Proven results of solid project management skills and effective communication.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, teaching, facilitating, and writing skills, coupled with experience providing training to diverse sales teams.
