A successful Business Coordinator will oversee efficient administration, line managing an operational admin team. Responsibilities include monitoring caseloads, supporting hospital discharges for patients, and ensuring processes deliver personalized care across the health community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver efficient and effective administrative and data management processes and procedures.
  • Support and manage the Operational Admin Team.
  • Accurately input and monitor data in computerized systems.
  • Generate accurate data for local, regional, and national reporting.
  • Undertake quality audits and coordinate sign-off panels.
  • Use management skills to implement care packages and develop documentation.
  • Deal with complex queries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Work within established policies and procedures to ensure confidentiality and quality standards.
  • Collate and prepare documentation in support of service delivery.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Educated to HNC level or A' levels with relevant experience.
  • Recent and ongoing CPD/learning.
  • Demonstrable experience of line management.
Desirable Skills

An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience working with computerized data systems, and dealing with difficult situations are highly desirable.
