Healthcare Funding Specialist

The Integrated Care System is seeking a motivated Business Coordinator to support and enhance our team. This exciting opportunity presents a chance to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals receiving healthcare funding.
This role requires an enthusiastic and experienced individual to oversee efficient administration, line manage an operational admin team, and monitor the caseload of their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Oversight
- Deliver effective administrative processes ensuring personalised care is embedded across the health community.
- Accurately input data into computerised systems, regularly validating data to ensure accuracy.
- Generate accurate data for local, regional and national reporting.
- Undertake quality audits to ensure correct documentation has been completed correctly.
- Coordinate sign off panels and implement package of care plans.
Person Specification:
- Educated to HNC level or A' levels with relevant experience.
- Evidence of recent and ongoing Continuing Professional Development/learning.
- Demonstrable experience of line management.
Required Skills:
- Highly proficient numeracy skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible approach to work & Multitasking.
