Digital Marketing Specialist

Ansarada is searching for a talented
**Digital Marketing Specialist** who loves all things digital. Working directly with the VP of Performance & Growth Marketing, you will play a crucial part in executing global marketing campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through our eCommerce channel.

**What's the job about?**

As the
**Digital Marketing Specialist** at Ansarada, you will take ownership of our digital presence across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and display networks. Your responsibilities will involve strategy, planning and executing paid digital media campaigns, optimizing their performance, and providing valuable insights through detailed reports.

We are looking for someone who has a proven track record of collaborating with sales and product leaders to generate revenue opportunities. With your creative mindset and strong analytical skills, you will contribute significantly to the growth and success of our products. **Some of the key activities for this role are**:

- Define campaign KPIs, create reporting, analyse campaign performance, and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance
- Collaborate with agency partners to ensure goals and targets are on track and are met across all paid media channels
- Support the Growth team with targeting, awareness, selection, and activation initiatives to drive product-led growth initiatives
- Plan and perform multivariate A/B testing on landing pages and execute enhancements to conversion rates and campaign ROI
- Work closely with the content team to manage and maintain our company website, ensuring that it is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.
- Collaborating with other teams to manage our social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram by collaborating with the content team to create and curate engaging content, responding to comments, and growing our followers
- Support marketing operations initiatives in Marketo and Salesforce such as nurture campaigns, segmentation, lead management, and maintain data integrity

**We would love to hear from you if you**:

- have relevant experience in digital marketing for a similar company or within an agency.
- understand the online advertising ecosystem, platforms and technologies including; Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- experience working with marketing technology tools e.g Marketing Automation, CRM, Landing Pages, Customer Data Platform. Experience working with marketing agencies
- strong understanding of website management principles, including content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, HTML and SEO best practices.
- strong reporting and analytical skills e.g. Google Analytics, SEMRush, Power BI
