Multidisciplinary Team Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team to achieve high-quality service results.
- Ensure clinical work meets governance standards.
- Communicate organizational goals and objectives to staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff capacity and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for business improvement and lead change initiatives.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- AHPRA registration as a Psychologist/Mental Health Occupational Therapist/Mental Health Registered Nurse.
- Working with Vulnerable People registration or Working with Children check.
- Eligibility under section 22(8) of the Public Service Act 1999.
