Project Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team on a landmark multistorey residential new build project.

The successful applicant will have previous experience working on similar projects of significant scale and complexity, with the ability to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the project management team to drive project success
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Manage and coordinate all engineering activities, including design, construction, and quality assurance
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure adherence to project specifications
  • Work collaboratively with other Engineers to ensure the successful completion of the project
  • Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain open communication and resolve any project-related challenges
Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in project engineering within the construction industry, preferably with exposure to large-scale industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, engineering principles, and relevant regulations
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools
