We are seeking a passionate and professional OSHC team leader to support the service and assist with daily operations at our Labrador OSHC Service.

About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to lead and manage a multidisciplinary OSHC team, ensuring operation in line with government regulations, legislation, National Quality Framework and organisational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Service Manager to lead and manage the service
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Inspire a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYC Queensland values
Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum Certificate III in childhood studies or other recognised qualifications AND working towards a Diploma in childhood studies or other recognised qualifications
  • Ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary OSHC team
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing OSHC operations
  • Hold a Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or able to obtain)
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain)
