The Role

You'll be the primary point of contact for residents, family members, visitors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless administration and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including reception duties and liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create a welcoming and inspiring environment that fosters resident engagement and well-being.
  • Coordinate tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines and commitments.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing administration or reception environment.
  • Intermediate computer skills and adaptability to learn new software programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate work and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and commitments.
