Job Title: Technology Solutions Leader

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the design of end-to-end technology solutions aligned to business requirements.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale technology projects and a deep understanding of enterprise finance processes and common finance platforms.

About the Role

  • Develop treasury and financial process-supporting solutions.
  • Select and recommend platforms, tools, and technologies based on fit-for-purpose assessments.
  • Provide technical direction and leadership to software suppliers, integrators, and infrastructure engineers.
  • Define and enforce non-functional requirements, including performance, availability, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Delivery Leads to ensure project plans reflect technical scope, risks, and dependencies.
  • Owning the technical assurance process across design, build, test, and deployment phases.
  • Support system integration, data migration, and release activities.
  • Act as the system administrator for the end-to-end Treasury solution.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance/IT or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in tech/finance roles.
  • Proven experience in leading complex technology solutions, ideally in finance systems and/or treasury contexts.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise finance processes and common finance platforms.
  • Experience across application architecture, system integration, data architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or traditional project delivery environments.
  • TOGAF or equivalent architectural certification.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments or transformation programs.
  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (e.g., Kyriba) and associated banking interfaces.
