About the Role

We are seeking a strategic technology leader to join our team as a Group Solution Manager.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Lead the technology strategy for our Commerce and Customer Experience platforms.
    • Owning the technical product strategy and roadmap for our customer experience domain, collaborating with business partners and technical teams to deliver innovative, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions across digital and in-store channels.
    • Collaborate with Tribe Leads, Product Managers, and various teams to translate business needs into actionable plans.
    • Manage relationships with external partners and ensure our end-to-end technology stack is seamless.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and lead delivery squads as a key influencer.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications
    • Extensive experience (7-10+ years) in technology management, particularly with large-scale, complex projects.
    • Deep expertise with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, mobile applications (iOS & Android), web/front-end technologies, and digital asset management platforms.
    • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
    • Experience with CMS, SEO, Search & Browse technologies, and back-end core systems.
    • A proven ability to think strategically, influence stakeholders at all levels, and navigate a highly matrixed organization.
