Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement negotiation strategies to achieve successful delivery and support the Head of P&T Partnerships to lead sourcing and renewals for high-value, high-risk, and complex negotiations.
- Partner with Product and Technology stakeholders to understand their needs, identify commercial requirements and risks, and translate these into effective negotiations, strategies, and contracts.
- Coach and mentor subject matter experts on commercial best practices, enhancing knowledge across P&T and improving commercial outcomes.
- Apply a strategic mindset to identify long-term opportunities and risks, ensuring commercial decisions align with the overall business goals.
About You
You will be a highly motivated self-starter with significant experience in strategic business partnering. You will have a proven track record in conducting high-value and complex technology RFx processes and possess relevant qualifications from CIPS and/or have proven experience in a commercial executive role.
You will have:
- Significant experience in introducing and optimizing commercial practices to improve business outcomes.
- Highly developed expert experience in vendor performance and contract management.
- High-level motivation and personal initiative, with highly developed leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead oneself with intuition and accountability.
- Significant analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills with a focus on technology service cost models to support strategic objectives.

About ABC Product & Technology
The Product & Technology (P&T) division is responsible for delivering the technology and services that enable the ABC to fulfill its creative, strategic, and business goals. The scope of activities and responsibilities of the P&T division range from keeping ABC programs and services on-air and online to delivering on key projects, as well as assisting in setting the technology strategy and architecture for the ABC.
