
Front Desk Ambassador

Our Front Desk Associate will be the primary point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival, process check-in/check-out services, and manage guest reservations with precision using our property management system.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism, prompt problem-solving, and a solution-focused mindset.
- Provide guests with information on hotel amenities, local attractions, tours, and services, enhancing their overall experience.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process payments, issue receipts/invoices, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Prepare daily reports and facilitate end-of-shift handovers to guarantee continuity.
- Maintain the front office area's cleanliness, organization, and aesthetic appeal at all times.
- Updhold hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards, embodying our commitment to excellence.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a front desk or hotel reception role, preferably with a background in hospitality.
- Familiarity with property management systems like Resly, although not essential.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills, with a strong focus on delivering results.
- A positive attitude, passion for hospitality, and a professional presentation and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
