Job Description

As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

You will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring concise and timely communication at all times. You will also be involved in ordering stationery and other supplies, maintaining the presentation of reception and lounge areas, and distributing mail.

In addition to these duties, you will provide general support to the administration and management teams, and undertake ad-hoc tasks to ensure that we present at the very best standards.
