We have an opportunity for a part time Showroom Receptionist who will present with a full bucket of administrative skills and a friendly smile.

To be successful you must be a vibrant, warm and friendly individual who enjoys being the 'Director of First Impressions', this is not any ordinary reception role; your engaging smile is a must to be the Host of our Showroom

You will need to have exceptional people skills with an enthusiastic manner, be well presented and together with your administration experience become the face of this dealership, whilst having the ability to be guest focused at all times.

This role involves: -

  • Phone and front desk reception duties with excellent communication skills
  • Meet and greet our guests
  • Ensure each and very guest is attended to quickly and professionally
  • Managing Fines
  • Additional Administration duties as required
  • CRM system daily call logging and data input

To be successful you will need:

  • Confident & friendly professional telephone manner
  • Work well under pressure
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Have situational awareness
  • Well presented with exceptional customer service skills
  • Be computer literate.
  • Previous reception experience is highly regarded
  • Flexibility to work extra days to cover leave.

Days Required:  Saturdays

Part Time Hours: 9am-5pm
