We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team in Adelaide, Australia. As an integral part of our Information Technology department, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving our business processes.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position offering a competitive salary package of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze production, inventory control, distribution, cost analysis, finance, marketing, human resources application systems, and other business and technical problems to develop new and modified information processing systems.
  • Determine techniques to improve decision making, policy construction, and program design and execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and establish operational specifications for information processing systems, including manual systems and those supported by data processing equipment.
  • Coordinate with all organizations involved to ascertain system requirements such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Information Technology) from a recognized institution, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Computer literacy with an ability to produce, analyze, and interpret reports and information.
  • Experience in a customer liaison role.
  • Intermediate skills and experience in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications.
  • Exposure and knowledge with relevant technologies and domains, including Collaboration tools – SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, SAP, Databases – SQL Server, Oracle, Postgre SQL, Business Analytic Tools – Tableau, Cognos, Service Central.
  • Solid knowledge and experience with configuration, data and change management.
