About the Role:

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, developing data-driven solutions, and implementing them using various tools and technologies. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing production, inventory control, distribution, cost analysis, finance, marketing, human resources application systems, and/or other business and technical problems to formulate and develop new and modified information processing systems.
  • Determining techniques to improve decision-making, policy construction, and program design and execution.
  • Developing operational specifications for information processing systems, including manual systems and those supported by data processing equipment.
  • Coordinating with organizations involved to ascertain system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (Information Technology) from a recognized institution, and/or equivalent relevant experience. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Computer literacy with the ability to produce, analyze, and interpret reports and information.
  • Experience in a customer liaison role.
  • Intermediate skills and experience in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications.
  • Exposure and knowledge of relevant technologies and domains, including Collaboration tools – SharePoint, Confluence, Jira, SAP, Databases – SQL Server, Oracle, Postgre SQL, Business Analytic Tools – Tableau, Cognos, Service Central.
  • Sound knowledge and experience with configuration, data, and change management.

What We Offer:

This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
